ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for Outreach Interns interested in developing their Product Management skills. You will be responsible for architecting idea & feedback channels on your campus, as well as coordinating with Connexio’s product team to introduce new product features. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required. Students with a passion for studying abroad are highly preferable.
IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL —
Act as a local authorized extension for Connexio at your campus.
Assess product & features fit by talking to fellow students on your campus.
Provide quantitative feedback to management and product team through biweekly/monthly meetings.
Initiate out of box ideas on connecting with and increasing users organically on campus and registering students for expert sessions.
Coordinate with other interns and student ambassadors to initiate workshops and help sessions.
EXTRA CREDITS IF YOU HAVE —
Experience solving complex engineering problems
Experience leading projects requiring multiple stakeholders and high coordination skills
An undying passion for experimenting with new ideas, failing fast and growing faster
YOU SHOULD HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING —
A student from Freshman (1st) or Sophomore (2nd) year
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and can self-organize; a passion for taking something from infancy to maturity
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle many competing opportunities and requests for product changes
Can translate feedback into product requirements; troubleshoot issues and come up with creative workarounds; identify top priorities based on impact
Demonstrated success working across and partnering with teams, clearly communicating priorities and impact
